Itinerary
Day 1 · Sirmione
Arrival on the lake and guided tour of Sirmione: the Scaliger Castle and the Grotte di Catullo, the Roman villa overlooking the lake. Check-in at the hotel and dinner.
Day 2 · Verona
In the morning a guided tour of the centre: the Arena, Piazza delle Erbe, Piazza dei Signori and the Scaliger Tombs. In the afternoon the Castelvecchio Museum and the Scaliger Bridge, with one of the school itineraries offered by the Verona civic museums. Return and dinner.
Day 3 · Parco Natura Viva
A day at Parco Natura Viva, the wildlife park near the lake, with the educational trail on species conservation run by the park. Return and dinner.
Day 4 · Peschiera del Garda and departure
In the morning a visit to Peschiera del Garda and its Venetian walls, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lunch and departure.
