1. Day: Welcome!
Upon your arrival, your certified yoga teacher will welcome you and will accompany you during these three days on your inner journey to discover your true self.
You will be able to get to know her and discover the Retreat program while sipping a selection of infusions and herbal teas. This will be followed by a Yoga lesson with Pranayama breathing techniques lasting about 1 hour and a half, to let the vital energy flow, with the aim of making the mind stable, strong, calm and being able to awaken its latent potential.
Dinner will always be in the structure and include local products from the Garda area.
2. Day: Yoga & Mountains
Did you know that with meditation, physiology undergoes a change and every cell in the body is filled with more Prana (energy)? This translates into joy, peace and enthusiasm.
You will wake up with the sunrise for morning meditation (about 30 minutes), before breakfast.
Today awaits you an excursion on the slopes of Monte Baldo, with your yoga teacher and an expert naturalist guide. You will understand that there is a connection between the scientific and naturalistic aspects, with the energetic ones, that nature teaches us.
You will have a new experience in practicing yoga and meditation outdoors with some notion of Shirin-yoku (Forest Baths).
For lunch, you can taste typical products in a mountain refuge, while dinner is served in your structure.
3. Day: Breath walking
Also, this morning you will dedicate 30 minutes to morning meditation before breakfast.
Did you know that you could also meditate while walking? If you are truly focused on your steps, you will be fully in the here and now, and aware of the wonders of life ready to nurture and support you. This activity is called BREATH WALKING (conscious breathing while walking), today you will try this practice in Nature, and you will immediately notice the benefits it brings.
Upon returning, before dinner, relax your body with a YOGA KUNDALINI lesson together with the sounds of the Tibetan bells, which, with their gentle vibration, will facilitate your relaxation for the last night on Lake Garda.
4. Day: Goodbye!
Before departure, indulge in the last guided meditation in the morning with the teacher, before breakfast.
