2.     Day: Let's gather the herbs!

After breakfast, you will meet our expert guide who will accompany you on a special day to discover the wild herbs, berries, flowers and fruits that grow on the slopes of Monte Baldo.
By browsing and walking, you will realize that nature always reserves surprises for us and that in every season there is always something to "pick up".
You will learn how to use the harvest in the kitchen… and for lunch, you will stop in a typical restaurant where you will enjoy a light menu that varies according to the season.

3.     Day: Fresh pasta and aged wine!

Even today, the day will be unique.
The morning will be free and in the afternoon, you will move to a nineteenth-century Villa in Valpolicella, surrounded by vineyards.
The owner will take you on a fascinating tour that includes a short walk in the Italian garden of the villa, a visit to the ancient wine cellars and fruit-drying rooms dedicated to drying the grapes for Amarone. In this way, you will know the techniques and the secrets to produce wines appreciated all over the world.
Then a real cooking class awaits you… where the Chef will teach you how to roll out fresh pasta with a rolling pin and how to make three types of cuts. The evening will continue with a rich tasting dinner naturally combined with the wines produced by the cellar.
