Types of Apartments available Type A Apartment Typ A (2 room apartment, max 4 people) This one-bedroom apartment has a living\dining area and bathroom with shower and is reached by a covered stairway and private entrance The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and settings for groups of up to 4 people. The living area has a large comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV for your entertainment. The apartment comes with cooking and dining facilities for 4 people and includes all cooking utensils, tableware, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom contains one double bed along with substantial storage space. In the living area there is a pull out sofabed, which can accommodate two people. Double doors lead from the living area directly on to a private balcony overlooking one of the pools. Outdoor dining facilities for 4 people along with two sunbeds are included with this rental.

Types of Apartments available Type B Typ B (three room apartment , max 6 people) on the ground floor with terrace or on first floor with balcony. This large apartment has two bedrooms, a living\dining area and a bathroom with shower. The basement has storage facilities and additional bathroom/ shower. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen for up to 6 people. The living area has a large comfortable sofa, modern style cabinets and a flat screen TV. The apartment comes with cooking and dining facilities for 6 people and includes all cooking utensils, tableware, crockery and cutlery. Included in the rental are electricity and air-conditioning. The main bedroom contains one double bed along with substantial storage space. The second bedroom contains two single beds along with further storage. In the living area there is a pull out sofabed which can accommodate two people. Double doors lead from the living area directly on to the patio and large garden. Outdoor dining facilities for 6 people along with two sunbeds are included.

COMPULSARY COSTS

- Final cleaning:
Typ A € 55,00 per apartament;
Typ B € 60,00 per apartment

- Towels and bed linen:
Typ A € 35,00 per apartament per week;
Typ B € 40,00 per apartment per week

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
€ 250.00 to be paid by Eurocheque or Cash.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
- Account of 30% when the booking is confirmed
- Rest amount before arrival

CHECK IN: on Saturdays from 4 pm until 7 pm directly by Res. Borgo del Torchio in Manerba

CHECK OUT: on Saturday by 10 a.m.

PETS: not admitted

SMOKING:for the safety and comfort of all the guests smoking is striktly not allowed in any of our properties.If this condition is abused then please note that the security deposit will be withheld in full.
