Early morning Truffle hunt with the ‘trifolao’ in Alba, a walk through the truffle festival, Piemonte speciality based menu dinner at a medieval castle, Royal Turin city sightseeing with a special tour at one of italy’s most esteemed chocolate moguls.
All this followed by an active stay in Florence , where we we have the opportunity to take part into the olive harvest and to a goat combing session for a couple of day.
